Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS) has always been a beacon of academic excellence in the province of Ilocos Sur. Every year, the school holds its High School Day celebration, a grand event that brings together students, faculty members, and alumni to celebrate the school's achievements and renew their commitment to excellence and solidarity. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the school was unable to hold its annual celebration in the past years. But on March 25, 2023, the school was able to host its High School Day celebration once again, with the theme "Renewed Commitment in Defying Odds to Transcend Heights of Excellence and Solidarity." The day began with a Thanksgiving mass at 8:00 am, giving thanks for the blessings received and the successful organization of the event.
