Young Student's Grand Wish

Dear Mr. President,

I am writing this letter to make an appeal to you. May this letter touch your heart as I know that you are aware of how Filipinos live nowadays. We're still living a very difficult life and I know some who have loss their jobs during pandemic. I appeal to you to bring back our rich economy by allowing people to have more jobs. I know this is something grand a student can wish but I take this opportunity not for myself but for my family and to all Filipinos who who are struggling out there.

I also appeal to you to make bigger plans for education and health services in our country. As I have witnessed the wrath of the pandemic, I come to know how countries can easily combat viruses if they are fully equiped with medicines and technologies. I also wanted the education system here to be addressed. We lacked supplies and that is undeniable especially in remote areas. I know that education is really a priority for every country.

Those wishes are not the same as those wishes of students who only want new phones, bags, laptops, etc. May this letter and voice of a young student be heard. Thank you so much Mr. President and I wish success for our country.

                                                                                          Respectfully yours,
Elaine Marie Laurente
