Toughest Among the Toughest

I was in grade 7 when the pandemic started. Many things have changed as a result of COVID-19. School closed is just one way of COVID-19 has caused a lot of damage. Instead of being in a classroom and learning, we we're at home answering modules and doing activities. I am not used to being at home all the time and working on my cellphone. I'm usually in a classroom surrounded by my peers. However, I am human so I will learn to adapt, but for now it is hard. With social distancing, we now separate ourselves from other parts of society. This has made me feel very much disconnected from my friends. This has allowed my mind to go to the dark side, where my fears come out. I always worry about when will this pandemic end? With the growing cases all over the world, I worry about my health, my family members, my studies and of course on how we will live. But as time have passed by, I knew that I am one of those who bravely fight with covid. I endured the hardships being coped up in a little space in our home for two years learning remotely. By that, I have come to acknowledge that knowing how to protect yourself first, is a step to protect others. Learning during pandemic is one of the toughest experience I have. This is a memory that I can share to the next generation. That I am one of those who survived schooling during pandemic.
